Job Description

We are a modern Japanese Western fusion restaurant offering a creative dining experience in a lively and professional environment.

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate has experience in Japanese or Western cuisine and thrives in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency
– Support menu execution and maintain high presentation standards
– Train and lead kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
– Coordinate with management on inventory and ordering

Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a busy restaurant
– Strong knowledge of Japanese or Western cuisine
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Food Safe certification preferred
