Job Description

Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across all areas of the Resort, including the Hotel, Casino, Golf, Food & Beverage, and RV Park. This role supports brand awareness, revenue growth, and guest engagement through advertising, digital and social media, website management, email marketing, creative development, promotions, events, and internal communications. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, and passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in developing the annual marketing plan with the Sales & Marketing Manager and execute marketing campaigns and strategies that support the Resort’s growth and guest engagement throughout the year.
-Support Revenue Managers across Hotel, Casino, Golf, Food & Beverage, and RV Park through marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
-Manage and uphold brand assets, such as logos, photography, and video content.
-Create captivating content, innovative designs, and storytelling that align with the Resort brand.
-Manage and update the Resort website, ensuring the accuracy of information, promotions, and events.
-Manage the resort’s social media platforms daily, including creating content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
-Manage email databases, customer contact details, and run targeted email marketing campaigns.
-Support and coordinate all resort promotions and special events.
-Lead organization and coordination of trade show participation.
-Manage internal marketing communications and in-resort messaging, including TV screens, posters, and signage
-Monitor and respond to online reviews across social, digital, and booking platforms in a professional and timely manner
-Recommend and support donation requests and community engagement initiatives.
-Assist with coordinating and communicating with media, advertisers, PR agencies, printers, and promotional product suppliers.
-Attend Sales & Marketing meetings and offer ideas to support business and marketing strategies.
-Consistently aim to improve guest satisfaction with personalized, professional, and attentive service.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

-Post-secondary qualification in Marketing, Communications, -Business, or a related field.
-Previous experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry preferred.
-Strong dedication to professionalism and guest satisfaction.
Proficient in WordPress, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva.
-Proficiency in social media and digital marketing platforms.
-Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
-Positive attitude combined with the ability to take initiative and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Salary/Wage

50,000 to 55,000
