Job Description
Camp Attendant (Guest Services)
• Welcome campers and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and general inquiries
• Process cash, debit, and credit transactions using the POS system
• Respond to guest questions and concerns and escalate issues as needed
Camp Attendant (Custodial/Maintenance)
• Clean and maintain washrooms, campsites, and common areas
• Perform groundskeeping tasks such as garbage removal and light maintenance
• Conduct regular cleaning, sanitizing, and safety checks
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the Supervisor
• Support campground operations during peak periods
Camp Host – Contract position
• Serve as a friendly on-site presence for campers
• Promote campground rules, quiet hours, and respectful use of facilities
• Support Guest Services and campground staff as required
Responsibilities & Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical work such as standing, walking, lifting, and cleaning
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
• Customer service or outdoor experience is an asset but not required
Salary/Wage
20.00-25.00
