Job Description

The role of our massage therapist extends beyond the massage table. Mornings involve
leading a stretch class before breakfast (starting at 6:45am), followed by assisting with
breakfast service and some light laundry duties. A break during the day will allow you to re energize
for scheduled massage appointments once guests arrive back for skiing.

Schedule is 6 days on, 1 day off. At this time there is a possibility for job sharing – 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Summary of Responsibilities:
• Provide up to 6 sports/deep tissue massages to guests daily (generally in the afternoon
after skiing and during evenings after dinner)
• Be available to guests for massage during the day if requested
• Work with office staff to set massage schedule based on the fluctuating ski day
• Conduct a comprehensive 30 minute stretch class each morning
• Assist in breakfast service and cleaning
• Laundering of massage linens and assistance with lodge laundry
• Other duties as assigned

Experience Required:
BC Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) preferred, will consider applicants with a minimum 1000 hour course.

Salary/Wage

Commission for massage services plus daily wage of $60 for lodge duties
