Sea Cider is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our talented sales and marketing team. If you’re an inspiring leader with a proven record of achieving results — and love the idea of working for a farm-based, award-winning cidery — we’d love to hear from you!
Quick Stats
Compensation: Up to $70,000 annual salary + monthly performance bonus
Vacation: 3 weeks paid
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (on-site)
Reports to: General Manager as a member of the Senior Management Team
Team Reports: 4 full-time sales professionals + 1 marketing specialist
Focus Areas: Wholesales, event sales, direct-to-consumer sales, and marketing
Mission: Drive revenue growth, profitability, and team success
The Role
The Sales Manager leads all aspects of sales and marketing at Sea Cider — from strategy and execution to team leadership and customer engagement. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you’ll shape growth initiatives across all sales channels and inspire your team to exceed multi-million-dollar sales targets.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key responsibilities include:
Managing all sales channels: wholesales, on-site events, and direct-to-consumer
Coaching and supporting a motivated team of five
Collaborating with leadership on business development and building brand equity
Tracking and analyzing performance against sales targets
Driving continuous improvement in revenue and profitability

About You
You are an experienced sales professional and people leader who thrives on building relationships, motivating teams, and achieving results. You combine business acumen with a collaborative spirit and genuine passion for craft beverages and memorable experiences. Your qualifications include:
Education:
Required: Serving It Right certification
Required: Post secondary degree or diploma in management or related field
Experience:
Required: Experience in beverage wholesales or event sales
Required: At least three years of experience leading teams, managing budgets, and achieving revenue targets
Required: Proven success in business development
Skills:
An aptitude for diplomacy and resolving customer complaints successfully
A gift for creating a positive team culture and inspiring team success
Budget management and implementing strategies to grow revenue
Highly proficient using industry software and eager to adopt new technology tools to improve sales performance
Personal Qualities:
A collaborative mindset
Eager to receive feedback and drive the team’s continuous improvement
Enthusiasm for learning about cider and working for a community-minded, farm-based business
Physical & Practical Considerations:
Able to lift up to 25 kg and work on your feet, indoors & outdoors, for hours at a time
Able to work occasional evenings and weekends, following our lieu day policy

Salary/Wage

70,000
