Job Description
sous chef and line chef required for a busy boutique hotel on Galiano Island. Open from May 1st to October 31st. Restaurant open from Thursday through Monday evening with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Lunch and dinner service.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
minimum 2 years experience required for a sous chef.
Willing to train for a line cook.
Used to working in a fast paced environment.
Hotel owes an adjoining property which currently has a farm and welcomes chefs to engage.
Takes direction well from the head chef and also works well independently.
