POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for attending to all of the guests’ needs in regards to a receptionist position at the Healing Springs Spa Desk. Responsible for ensuring all of the Spa treatment bookings, guests, estheticians etc. are attended to in a professional manner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Provide information on Spa treatments and special packages to inquiring guests.
Complete additional job-related duties as assigned.
glassware, dinnerware, etc.
Book appointments accurately and efficiently for guests for all types of treatments.
Answer and assist all guests or associate members with all inquiries.
Maintain and be responsible for a cash float and ensures it is balanced, reporting overages or shortages, obtaining change as required. Follow procedures set for cash paying guests.
Ability to use a computer in a proficient manner including Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail and the Property Management System, Maestro
Able to learn and become proficient in ‘Jane’ Booking Software.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Hospitality courses from a well-recognized institution is preferred.
Minimum 1-year receptionist experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong computer and cash handling skills0
Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work a changing schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.)
