Responsibilities & Qualifications

● Must have a keen eye for cleanliness and be passionate about excellent service
● Acts with a sense of urgency, and holds themself accountable to a high standard
● At least two years of related work experience preferred
● Must be safety and detail oriented
● Comfortable with children
● Able to work independently and as part of a team
● Willing to abide by the resort’s established systems and sustainability best practices
● Clear communicator, adept at listening
● Stamina for working in a physically demanding, fast-paced workplace
● Experience in a farm or ranch setting
● Physically fit
● High school diploma
