Seasonal Chef Role with Housing – Trade Camp Work for Golf Greens!
Are you an experienced cook tired of the fly-in/fly-out grind? Farmington Fairways is looking for a Lead Line & Banquet Cook for the 2026 season. We offer the independence of a camp job with the lifestyle of a golf resort.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Our Kitchen Manager handles the ordering, baking, and most prep. We need you to execute:
Steak & Banquet Service: Plating fresh, high-quality meals for 20–100 guests for league nights and tournament weekends (our bread and butter).
Pub-Style Line: Running our popular daily menu for regulars and guests.
Autonomy: You’ll have full control of your service flow during your shifts and get the support you need to execute.
Requirements: Solid line experience, a Red Seal Designation or Equivalent, and a Food Safe certificate. Ability to time entrees for large groups is a must.

The Package: Housing Provided: Private seasonal lot with a clean, fully-equipped holiday trailer on-site. The Play: Full golf privileges included. Spend your mornings on the course before your shift. The Pay: $20–$30/hour (Based on experience) + shift meals + high tip outs + laundry fund + TV / Wifi. The Schedule: 40 hours/week (Wed–Sun). Evenings and weekends focused on league nights and tournaments.
