Job Description

3 Peaks Rentals is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Financial Administrator to support the financial operations of our growing business.

This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing owner statements, managing tax submissions and supporting financial reporting processes. The role plays an important part in ensuring the financial side of the business runs smoothly and that property owners receive clear and timely financial reporting.

We are happy to consider one full-time person or part-time arrangements depending on availability and experience. The role could also suit someone based in Sun Peaks looking to return to the workforce with flexible hours.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
• Maintain accurate financial records for the business
• Manage billing and invoicing
• Prepare and issue owner financial statements
• Support day-to-day bookkeeping and financial tracking
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records

Tax & Compliance
• Manage withholding tax requirements
• Prepare and submit NR4 filings
• Support Short-Term Rental (STR) tax submissions
• Ensure financial compliance with relevant reporting requirements

Reporting & Owner Reviews
• Support the preparation of annual owner financial reviews
• Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met
• Assist with compiling financial information required by management

Desirable Experience
• Experience working in bookkeeping or financial administration
• Experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Experience in hospitality, property management, operations or service businesses
• Experience managing tax submissions or compliance reporting

Location: Sun Peaks, BC

Position: Monday–Friday (full-time preferred, part-time considered)

Compensation: $23 to $28 per hour + company benefits

Salary/Wage

$23 to $28 per hour
