Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and execute menu items following approved recipes and brand standards, ensuring consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workstation while completing daily prep lists and assigned kitchen duties efficiently.
-Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling, labelling, dating, storage, and rotation.
-Operate kitchen equipment, monitor cooking and refrigeration temperatures, and report any equipment issues promptly.
-Support kitchen operations by assisting with inventory, receiving, and maintaining equipment and prep areas.
