Job Description
Squamish Connector is hiring a full-time, year-round Class 2 driver based in Squamish to join our core operations team. This role is designed for drivers looking for long-term, steady employment, not the seasonal highs and lows typical of tourist bus driving.
This is a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation, with schedules laid out months in advance, providing consistency, work–life balance, and the ability to plan your time with confidence. We are looking for drivers who want to grow with us over the long haul.
Squamish Connector operates every day of the year, connecting Squamish with Downtown Vancouver through the Sea to Sky Corridor. Our work is dependable, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined.
What Makes This Role Different
Full-time, year-round position
No seasonal layoffs or dramatic workload swings, though the nature of the drive may vary season to season as Charter, Shuttle and Scheduled service schedules adjust.
Predictable rotation (4 on / 4 off) with schedules released well in advance
Opportunity for charter work and overtime, optional but available
Ideal for drivers seeking stability, routine, and consistency
