Job Description

Fresh Start is looking for a reliable and hard-working kitchen assistant willing to do some housekeeping duties.

PART-TIME POSITION: 20-35 hours per week for 3 weeks ON, alternating with 3 weeks OFF. We operate on specific dates: https://www.healthretreat.ca/health-retreat-dates/. Work is available only on those dates.

DUTIES: health drinks preparation (juices, tea, etc.), dishes, housekeeping (dining room, group activities rooms, washrooms, etc.), cook independently evening soups and assist Chef (list not exhaustive).

Responsibilities & Qualifications

You live locally (within 30-45 min drive), have personal transportation and current driver’s license, are happy with the intermittent nature of the job (3-weeks on 3 weeks off, with 6 weeks off in winter), can work various shifts and hours including evenings (7.30pm at the latest) and weekends, you enjoy both cooking and cleaning, are physically able to go up and down the stairs and be on feet all day, Have pleasant personality and are a great team player!
