Job Description
Elite Limousine Service (2003) Ltd. DBA Elite Limousine Service is one of the very best limousine companies based in Surrey, BC. We are urgently looking for 1 Office administrator to add into our team.
As an Office Administrator, candidate will be required to:
• Organize and coordinate administration duties and procedures, review and evaluate them.
• Follow policies and procedures in place related to the release of records and information.
• Create and maintain personnel files, financial records and other data.
• Maintain work priorities, attend incoming enquires for the business and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Co-ordinate and plan for our administrative requirements such as equipment, supplies, forms, maintenance and other services as required.
• Oversee overall administrative operations of restaurant.
• Collect data and prepare reports and correspondence.
• Create and maintain an effective filling & database system.
