Job Description
3 Peaks Rentals is looking for two (2) organized and proactive Owner Operations Coordinators to join our Owners & Acquisitions Team in Sun Peaks.
This role sits at the centre of the owner experience, supporting communication with property owners while helping onboard new properties into the 3 Peaks Rentals portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring owners receive a professional, responsive and well-organized service.
The role combines owner communication, onboarding coordination, listing setup and operational administration, working closely with internal teams including operations, housekeeping and maintenance.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organized, enjoys multitasking and takes pride in delivering excellent service and attention to detail.
We are ideally looking for year-round team members; however seasonal applicants may also be considered depending on operational needs.

• Experience supporting multiple teams or coordinating across departments
Location: Sun Peaks, BC
Position: Full Time (Year-Round Preferred)
Compensation: $20.50 to $25 per hour + company benefits
