Full-time, year round
Start Date: May 1st, 2026
Hours Per Week: 30 – 40 (guest visit and weather dependent)
Wage: $20.75 /hour

Our RTP Lead Hand play a key behind‑the‑scenes role in keeping our retail operation running smoothly. From creating and managing products in RTP, to ensuring accurate inventory, to supporting the sales floor when needed, you’ll help make sure our guests always find the perfect item to take home. You’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic, upbeat retail team while maintaining the organization, accuracy, and product flow that keeps the store thriving.

Duties & Responsibilities
Utilize RTP to create new products using existing UPCs or generating new ones
Determine accurate product descriptions and pricing for all new merchandise
Generate purchase orders (POs) and ensure totals match corresponding invoices
Upon product delivery, POST purchase orders and items into inventory
Update product pricing and descriptions as needed
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies; complete monthly write-offs
Provide coverage for Retail Sales Associate shifts when required
Remain calm and effective in high-volume or stressful situations
Support sustainability initiatives through responsible waste and energy management, reduced packaging, and educating both employees and guests on sustainable product options
Follow all standard operating procedures, policies, and safety protocols
Ensure health and safety guidelines are consistently followed by all team members
Build and maintain strong working relationships with guests, team members, and management
Perform other duties as assigned
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Skills, Experience & Education
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the tourism industry (preferred)
Experience with POS systems and inventory management (preferred)
Strong ability to build and maintain rapport with guests and passholders
High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling cash
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to stay calm, friendly, and solution-focused during busy or stressful periods
Computer literate, quick to learn new systems, and able to think on your feet
Professional, mature, friendly, and well-presented demeanor
A genuine passion for people and the outdoors
Criminal record check required
