As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and overall effectiveness. You will also be responsible for managing digital content, campaigns, and platforms to ensure timely delivery, brand alignment, and accuracy. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the coordinator helps maintain digital channels, organize and schedule content, and support campaign implementation and optimization.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring marketing initiatives effectively support business objectives.

This is a maternity leave coverage position requiring an 18-month commitment.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will:

• Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
• Lead by example and be a proactive member of the Leadership Team of the Wickaninnish Inn.
• Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Vimeo, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
• Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and interactions across all platforms.
• Develop written copy and capture, source, or edit photo and video content for social media, newsletters, campaigns, and collateral.
• Produce creative assets for paid media campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Sojern, and Adara, as well as other digital marketing initiatives.
• Design and maintain internal and external brand collateral, including posters, brochures, guides, and digital assets, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) or Canva.
• Organize and manage visual assets in Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including internal DAM, Dropbox, Q Drive, and Relais & Châteaux Bynder.
• Maintain and update website content for The Pointe Restaurant and Wickaninnish Inn websites, YAZ Airport website, and in-room iPad guest directories, using CMS platforms such as ProcessWire.
• Support website projects, content audits, and enhancements in collaboration with Venture Web, including event pages, press releases, and sustainability pages.
• Maintain accuracy across third-party platforms, including Google Business, TripAdvisor, Apple iBusiness, Yelp, and partner platforms like Culinary Tourism Alliance, Michelin, Discover the World.
• Plan, curate, and publish newsletters using Campaign Monitor and other email marketing tools, optimizing content for engagement.
• Manage the online store and e-commerce platform, including product listings, imagery, pricing, and cross-departmental collaboration with Gift Gallery, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Accounting teams.
• Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand presentation and consistent guest experience.

• Strong foundational understanding of digital marketing principles and performance measurement, including familiarity with key concepts such as KPIs, ROAS, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to creative and strategic decisions is essential.
• Experience creating and editing digital design assets. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) is strongly preferred; candidates with demonstrated experience producing high-quality design work using Canva are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic video editing skills are an asset, including trimming, formatting, and optimizing video content for social and digital platforms.
• Photography skills, particularly the ability to capture and edit on-brand imagery, are highly valued.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and operational platforms is a plus. Experience with one or more of the following tools is considered an asset:
• Sprout Social (social media management and scheduling), Campaign Monitor (email marketing), Revinate (CRM and email marketing), ProcessWire (CMS), Filecamp (digital asset management), Meta Ads Manager and related advertising platforms, Google Ads, Website CMS environments and basic content management workflow, Comfortable learning new platforms and systems, with the ability to adapt quickly within an established digital ecosystem.
• The ability to make an 18-month commitment to the position.

Salary/Wage: $55,000 per year.
