Becoming a Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR) certified business is straightforward with go2HR’s seven-step process. This guide walks BC small businesses through registration, identifying a workplace safety champion, completing SECOR Internal Auditor Training, and developing a compliant safety management system. It covers how to submit your Notice of Audit Activity, complete and submit the SECOR Audit Tool and scorecard, and achieve certification.
